Rommy Scunci

A scrunchie designed in honour of Rommy Hunt Revson, the creator of the Scrunchie. 

Rommy patented her invention which was originally known as the "Scunci" (pronouned Skoon-Chee), after her pet poodle.

It is thought that by the time her patent had expired in 2001, more than two billion scrunchies had been sold. Rommy passed away in 2022.

Abstract animal print silk jacquard from Italy has been chosen to commemorate Rommy. 

This silk scrunchie will elevate your outfit by adding an element of luxury and poise.

Silk scrunchies are very soft on the hair and good for hair extensions whilst you sleep.

Dimensions: approx. 10cm in diameter, approx. 4cm in width.

Designed and handmade in Dorset by the sea.
